At Byteroam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
Return Eligibility
- Time frame: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
- Non-returnable items: Custom cables, clearance items, and products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
- For items returned in non-original condition, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team before sending anything back.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Byteroam is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@byteroam.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll review your request and send a Return Authorization (RMA) if eligible.
- Ship your item to the provided return address with the RMA number clearly marked.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — processing times vary.
